Monster Hunter Portable 3rd English Patch I'll be posting and updating this thread as soon as the new version of the patch comes out. All credits goes.
I had trouble getting the Team Maverick One patch to work with Portable 3rd HD, since I had trouble finding and apply the patch, I'd figure I'd release an easier method.
You'll need 3 things:
xdelta (Can be downloaded from here)
The iso for MHP3rd HD, you'll have to get that somewhere else but it should have:
A file size of 1,323,565,056 bytes
A CRC of a9e50944
A MD5 of 09e2ddcfc874a26f3b23afd5552f0cbc
A SHA-256 of 5c86bfe773cdf64ebb5fa1429964b6eb4c499bfe11e6657b2fa0a2e771efaacf
If one of these hashes (not file size) match, they all should match, therefore you should only really need to check one of them
If you don't have software to hash files you can download a free solution from here
To apply the patch:

Download this zip file file by clicking on Google's file menu and clicking download, it contains xdelta, the patch, and a small batch script
Extract the contents of the zip file to a folder of your choice. Don't run the script without extracting the files first because it'll put your new, patched file in the same folder that it ran out of, usually a temp folder... you probably don't want your iso there.
Run the batch script, read the instructions, when asked to click and drag your unpatched iso onto the console window and then press enter
After a moment of processing the patching will be complete and it'll tell you where the patched file is and what the name of it is, you should be able to load it into PPSSPP and play (and yes, it works online).
